Aspen RxHealth

Aspen RxHealth, a healthcare technology start-up hired Jenn to develop their corporate messaging, including a brochure to articulate their first-of-its-kind business model. Via targeted internal interviews and her own distillation of the most salient points, she turned their complex concept into reality with an entirely new visual system which departed from stock photography in favor of custom illustration.

Proof of Impact

Proof of Impact, a global blockchain technology start-up hired Jenn to develop corporate messaging, including a company brochure articulating the convoluted and complex business concept of verifying impact, tokenizing it along the blockchain, and reporting the results to global fund managers. Jenn distilled the most salient points, turning their business concept into reality with crisp, engaging messaging and a visually intriguing visual system.

The below brochure, also for Proof of Impact, highlights the complex environment of impact investing and the critical importance of tracking - and verifying - said impact. Highly ambiguous by concept, Jenn designed and crafted a message to support the business model - resulting in an increase in new business meetings by 25% WoW.

NextGen Healthcare

During her time with NextGen Healthcare, Jenn led the communications, public and media relations strategies for a complete corporate rebrand. Pivoting from a “sea of sameness,” Jenn took the brand from stale icons and undifferentiated messaging to something much more meaningful. Humanized content and relatable imagery tell a much more differentiated story. This campaign garnered tons of national and trade media coverage, drove the stock price up and increased sales bookings.

Change Healthcare

With rapid growth can come ambiguity and a blurred focus. During her time with Change Healthcare, the company invested in four acquisitions in four years. Jenn worked with internal stakeholders including business line General Managers, Marketing, and Product Development to define value propositions and clear differentiators for multiple service lines, as well as individual products.
